AiXIAM's three services follow a deliberate sequence: understand your readiness, architect your path forward, then sustain what you've built. Each service compounds in value because each one builds directly on what came before.
Understand AI, assess your readiness across all four pillars, and receive a scored maturity profile and recommendation roadmap
Bespoke solution design, phased implementation roadmap, and independent partner guidance -- with zero conflicts of interest
Monthly retainer for continuous strategy, governance mainenance, and independent oversight of active AI programs

Service 1 - The What
A structured engagement that answers the most important question before any AI investment: where are you, and what do you need to address first? Service 1 combines AI education with guided discovery and a formal readiness assessment — giving your organization a scored, documented baseline and a clear recommended path forward.
AI Readiness Discovery is where every AiXIAM engagement begins. Understanding the current state before recommending a path forward is foundational to how we work. No responsible architecture is built without a sound assessment — and no responsible assessment is done without first ensuring your team understands what they're being assessed against.
The engagement runs in four sequential parts: we educate, we discover, we assess, and we deliver. You leave with more than a report — you leave with a shared organizational understanding of AI, a scored maturity profile across all four readiness pillars, and a specific recommended roadmap for what comes next.
Service 1 defines the "what." What gaps exist. What risks are present. What needs to be true before your AI programs can scale. Service 2 takes those findings and architects the "how."
A structured presentation and discussion covering AI fundamentals, the current AI ecosystem (Copilot, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Bedrock, MCPs and more), data readiness and architecture, security, governance and compliance, responsible AI, people and process impacts, and workflow considerations. Every stakeholder enters the discovery process with a shared, accurate baseline — so the assessment reflects informed judgment, not guesswork.
Facilitated sessions that collect client-specific information across all four readiness pillars — Data Readiness, People-Centric AI Readiness, Governance & Security Readiness, and Systems & Workflows Readiness. We examine your business goals, existing AI initiatives, data architecture, security and governance posture, workflow design, and organizational readiness for change.
A structured assessment framework that translates discovery findings into a measurable readiness posture and maturity score across all four pillars. This scored profile gives your leadership team a concrete, comparable picture of where you stand — and a benchmark to track progress against as implementation proceeds.
A formal written deliverable covering readiness assessment results, key findings, identified gaps and risks, prioritized recommendations, and a suggested roadmap for the next phase of engagement. A document your board, executive team, and implementation partners can all work from — not a slide deck that lives in someone's downloads folder.
Organizations at any stage of AI exploration who need a structured, expert-led baseline — from teams just beginning to evaluate AI, to leadership preparing for significant investment and needing a defensible readiness picture before committing resources.
Service 1 is a fully delivered, independently valuable engagement. If you choose to proceed to Service 2, the full fee you paid for AI Readiness Discovery is applied as a credit toward your AI Readiness Solution Architecture engagement. You are not paying twice to get started — you are building a foundation that counts toward what comes next.

Service 2 - The How
Takes the findings from AI Readiness Discovery and translates them into action. AiXIAM designs bespoke solutions to your specific readiness gaps, builds a phased implementation roadmap, identifies the right partners to execute, and provides oversight throughout — all without ever having a financial interest in the outcome.
If Service 1 tells you what needs to be addressed, Service 2 designs precisely how to address it. AiXIAM architects the solution: defining the target state for each readiness gap, building the phased implementation plan, evaluating and recommending the partners best suited to execute the work, and maintaining accountability throughout execution.
The critical distinction: AiXIAM does not perform implementation work. We are not building a front to sell our own services. Our value is in the architecture, the independence, and the oversight — not the execution. That deliberate separation is exactly what makes our guidance credible.
We translate Service 1 findings into structured solution designs. For each prioritized readiness gap, we define the target state, the path to get there, the required resources, and the dependencies — across all four pillars and the points where they interact.
A phased project plan with defined milestones, timelines, resource requirements, and clear distinctions between what can be resolved internally, what requires external expertise, and what requires vendor investment. Specific enough to hand a project team. Strategic enough to present to a board.
Where external implementation expertise is required, we evaluate and recommend qualified partners based on your specific technical requirements, regulatory context, industry experience, and organizational fit. Because we receive no compensation from partners, our recommendations are driven entirely by what's right for you — not by relationship.
For work managed internally or by recommended partners, AiXIAM provides structured oversight: regular review sessions, milestone validation, risk monitoring, and course correction as needed. We serve as the accountability layer that keeps implementation aligned with the original architecture.
As implementation progresses, we audit against defined readiness targets and applicable compliance frameworks. This creates a defensible audit trail and surfaces divergence from the planned architecture before it compounds.
Organizations that have completed Service 1 and are ready to close identified gaps — particularly where those gaps are complex, cross-pillar, or require external implementation expertise where the architecture and oversight matter as much as the execution itself.
Requires completion of AI Readiness Discovery (or an equivalent baseline assessment reviewed and accepted by AiXIAM). The architecture is only as sound as the assessment it's built on.

Service 3 - The Ongoing
AI readiness is not a destination — it is an ongoing organizational capability that must evolve alongside the technology, the regulatory environment, and your own expanding programs. Service 3 provides continuous strategic guidance, governance maintenance, and independent oversight for organizations in active AI deployment, structured as a monthly retainer.
Think of Service 3 as a fractional Chief AI Officer: the strategic expertise, governance accountability, and independent external perspective you need at the executive level — without the full-time headcount. As your programs scale, as AI capabilities evolve, and as regulatory expectations continue to develop, the work of strategy, governance, and oversight is never finished.
The retainer ensures that work is done consistently and proactively. Not reactively when something goes wrong, but as a standing organizational capability. We track developments, maintain your governance infrastructure, monitor your vendors, and are available when decisions need expert input — not just at scheduled intervals.
Regular structured advisory sessions covering program status, strategic priorities, emerging decisions, and governance reviews. Cadence is calibrated to your program maturity and needs — typically monthly, with additional touchpoints as circumstances require.
AI policies, risk frameworks, and governance structures must evolve as AI capabilities expand and regulation develops. We maintain and update your governance documentation to keep it current, enforced, and defensible — so you are never operating on a policy written for a different landscape.
We track the regulatory landscape relevant to your industry and flag changes that affect your AI programs before they become compliance events. For clients in regulated industries — healthcare, financial services, manufacturing — proactive monitoring is particularly high-value.
We evaluate the ongoing performance, compliance posture, and contractual alignment of your AI vendors and tools — and advise on renewals, expansions, or exits as your needs evolve. Independent and uncompensated, as with all AiXIAM guidance.
The AI landscape changes faster than most organizations can track internally. We monitor developments in AI capabilities, platforms, and ecosystem shifts, and translate them into strategic implications for your programs — so your leadership is making decisions informed by what's actually happening in the market.
For decisions that arise between scheduled sessions — new vendor proposals, regulatory inquiries, security incidents, board questions — AiXIAM is available for on-call consultation within defined response windows. The decisions that matter most rarely arrive on a schedule.
Organizations actively deploying or scaling AI programs following Service 2, who need standing governance, independent oversight, and expert strategic judgment as programs and the landscape continue to evolve.
Service 3 follows Services 1 and 2. The ongoing retainer is most effective when built on the assessment and architecture foundations established in the prior engagements. Service 3 is structured as a monthly retainer with defined deliverables and access terms. Scope — including session cadence, response windows, and coverage areas — is calibrated during proposal based on program complexity, industry regulatory profile, and your specific needs.
